As Technical Manager at Probitas, Lisa works closely with Ashley Tait and the Technical team to ensure the syndicate’s operational requirements are delivered to a high standard.  

Lisa has an extensive understanding of the insurance market’s processes and procedures. She shares her knowledge and experience with the team, providing ongoing training and mentorship and instilling best practices.  

Lisa started her insurance career with Lloyd’s in the policy signing office as a premium technician before moving to Xchanging in the early 2000s. She quickly became a senior core services technician, processing premium for all lines of business and methods of placement. She then moved to the Xchanging Elective Services team as a technical consultant, responsible for nearly two dozen Broker and Underwriter clients. Having spent 18 years with Xchanging, Lisa moved to Aon as a Technical Specialist.
