As an underwriting syndicate, we are the Appointed Representative of Lloyd’s approved Capita Managing Agency (“CMA”). Our business address is 21 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7HB. We also have an office in Mexico City.

Probitas is committed to protecting information which identifies and relates to you or other individuals (“personal data” including with respect to criminal conviction/offences or “special category personal data”) and complying with data protection laws.

Probitas may transfer your information to a country outside of the European Economic Area in order to deliver our services. We are committed to keeping your information secure. Unfortunately no data transmission over the internet or any website can be guaranteed to be secure. All Probitas staff have a legal duty to respect the confidentiality of information, and access to confidential information is restricted to only those who have a reasonable need to access it.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access any portal we operate, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for complying with any other security procedures that we notify you of. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
