Rachael is HR Administrator at Probitas, providing support to the Head of HR and other stakeholders within the Probitas Group – including all transactional HR changes, onboarding, inductions, and providing guidance to colleagues on employment related issues and HR policies.

Before joining Probitas, Rachael worked as a HR Advisor and administrator at MS Amlin, Gallaghers, and within various companies in the world of Investment Banking.

Rachael is Assoc CIPD qualified (a HR professional qualification) and has experience in the bereavement sector and as a mental health first aider.
