About Natalie

Natalie is the Head of Compliance, working with Donald Brignall, and the Managing Agency team at Probitas.  She is responsible for building an effective and efficient compliance function for the Managing Agency, ensuring that at all times they comply with the regulatory requirements.

She supports Probitas in meeting its objectives whilst embedding a strong compliance culture amongst the managing agency and syndicate.

Before joining Probitas, Natalie worked for Deloitte, spending 3 years as an Auditor and 5 years in their Insurance Regulation and Strategy team, where she led regulatory projects and skilled reviews for the PRA, FCA and Lloyd’s. She also worked for Aon as a Senior Manager in Risk & Compliance where she led SMCR implementation, conduct risk, compliance MI reviews and the Board & Committee effectiveness.

Her work at Deloitte, specifically, creating the market benchmarking survey to assess compliance functions across the insurance industry, has given Natalie a unique insight into the compliance and regulation arena in the insurance market, which is a welcome addition to the team at Probitas.

Natalie has an Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Sheffield, she is an ACA Chartered Accountant.
