Probitas announces In-House Claims Service

We’re pleased to announce that from 10 October 2022 Probitas’ Claims service will be managed in-house.

Marcus Bale (Chief Operations Officer) said “Polo Works (formally Capita) and its claims team have been invaluable partners to Probitas. Their strong claims handling knowledge and robust operational infrastructure have played an important role in the success of our business. However, it has always been our plan to bring this component of Claims handling in-house and provide a seamless service to our brokers, partners and policyholders.

As part of this transition, we have also taken the opportunity to extensively review all aspects of our claims operating model, which has included investment in advanced claim data capture and analytical capability.

We have built a highly experienced and cross-class team of Claims adjusters who, together with our Underwriting colleagues, will be working to provide market-leading service throughout a policy’s lifecycle.”
