About Jim

Jim’s role as Head of Wholesale aligns with the syndicate’s disciplined approach to underwriting Casualty business in the UK and Ireland.

The team underwrite employer’s liability, public liability, products liability, and pollution liability for UK and Ireland domicile business.

Jim has over 19 years’ experience in insurance, specialising in the underwriting of heavy construction risks and wholesale Lloyds business in general. He started his career at Anglo Pacific overseeing the casualty book in its entirety before moving to QBE, where he was responsible for European Operations Casualty underwriting and Lloyd’s wholesale business.
