About Jennifer

Jennifer is responsible for driving the casualty book within the UK regions, working closely with Lesley Robinson and Natasha Ryder to offer a direct solution to our broker partners. Jennifer also plays a key role in acquisition and increasing client retention whilst building Probitas’s presence in the marketplace.

Jennifer joined the industry in 2007 as an Underwriting Assistant with AIG in their London liability department as a year in industry whilst studying. After graduating in 2009, she moved to Leeds and joined Allianz as a Property and Casualty Assistant Underwriter, where she quickly obtained her Advanced Diploma in Insurance.

She then joined QBE in Leeds to specialise in Casualty and Construction insurance, where she was responsible for both underwriting new and existing business.

Jennifer is keen to continually progress and develop technically, gaining a distinction in the National General Cert in Occupational H&S and was in the Underwriting cohort of the CII New Generation programme in 2018/19
