About Abigail

As Head of Claims (Casualty and Financial Lines) at Probitas, Abigail oversees the Casualty, Financial Lines and Cyber Claims portfolios, with a team of experiences adjusters working alongside her. Abigail works closely with the Casualty, Financial Lines, and Cyber Underwriting teams, Marcus Bale, Chief Operating Officer and Stephen Holmes, Head of Claims (Property and Construction).

Her focus is efficiently handling and settling claims across all Long Tail lines, no matter the complexity or jurisdictions. Abigail has experience in claims resolution for open market or binder/line slip business.

Before joining Probitas, Abigail was the International Property & Casualty Claims Manager at QBE European Operations. She has previously worked at Neon Underwriting and TMHCC, where she handled UK & International Casualty Claims, so she has a wealth of experience providing outstanding claims assistance.
