Cover can be provided for:

• Contractors’ All Risks
• Erection All Risks
• Contractors’ Plant & Equipment
• Operational Renewable Energy

We consider risks across the globe including the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia, Central & South America and Canada, with a particular focus on high growth markets.

Our construction underwriters work closely with our property and casualty teams to provide a seamless and complementary service.

 

 

Product Contractors’ All Risks (CAR) and Erection all Risks (EAR)

We offer cover for both annual and single projects, with a focus on:

• Residential
• Commercial
• Industrial
• Utilities
• Infrastructure

Cover can include primary Third Party Liability, Delay in Start-up (DSU) and Advance Loss of Profits (ALOP) insurance.

Our capacity for CAR and EAR is $25 million (by probable maximum loss).
